  • Product delivery ke 7 din ke andar return request ki ja sakti hai.

  • Product unused, original packing aur tags ke sath hona chahiye.

  • Used ya damaged product return nahi hoga (agar customer ki wajah se damage hua ho).

Damaged / Wrong Product:
Agar aapko damaged ya wrong item receive ho to:

  • 48 ghanton ke andar WhatsApp ya email par clear pictures bhejein.

    • Hum replacement ya refund arrange kar denge.

    Refund Policy:

    • Refund 7–10 working days mein bank transfer ya JazzCash/EasyPaisa ke zariye kiya jata hai.

    • Delivery charges refundable nahi hote (agar customer ki wajah se return ho).
